浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立一种顶空进样毛细管柱气相色谱法快速测定全血中乙醇含量的方法。方法:样品在60℃平衡15min,取上层气体30μL顶空进样,分流比为1,以叔丁醇为内标物定量。结果:在该色谱条件下能完全分离乙醇和叔丁醇;该方法的线性范围为20-160mg/100mL,R=0.9979,检出限为5mg/100mL,加标回收率为92.5-96.3%,RSD均小于5%。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于血液中乙醇的含量测定。

Results: Ethanol and tert-butanol could be completely separated under the chromatographic conditions; The linear range of the method is 20-160mg/100mL, R=0.9979, the detection limit is 5mg/100mL, the recovery rate of spiking is 92.5-96.3%, and the RSD is less than 5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of ethanol in blood.
