煤与瓦斯突出是地下采煤作业中时有发生的一种严重工业灾害,经常造成重大人、财、物损失。已有各种研究和预测方法应用于煤与瓦斯突出,取得了一定成果,但仍不能从根本上解决问题。煤与瓦斯突出仍时有发生,究其原因,长期以来认为煤与瓦斯突出是源于甲烷作用的结果,但实现中防范甲烷并不足以预测煤与瓦斯突出。近学术界提出,煤与瓦斯突出不仅与甲烷有关而且与氢气紧密相关,氢气可望作为现场监测和预报煤与瓦斯突出的新指标。但在生产单位过去从不专门分析或检测煤层瓦斯中的氢气,国内外这方面的研究报道也不多见。


浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司利用GC-气相色谱仪热导检测器小热导池高灵敏度及大进样量的特点,建立了煤层中低浓度He、H2的气相色谱测定方法,并可同时测定常量CH4。对气相色谱工作条件进行了优化,确定的工作条件是:分子筛填充柱,热导检测器(TCD),载气流速为35~42mL/m in,色谱柱温度50℃,汽化室温度50℃,检测室温度100℃,3 mL定量环。He、H2的线性工作范围分别为0.95~19μL/L和2.4~48μL/L,RSD(n=8)分别为1.60%和4.54%,方法的检出限为0.5μL/L。实验了铝箔气袋、橡胶气球和盐水瓶不同包装的样品进样方式及测定情况,结果表明铝箔气袋是选择,盐水瓶次之,橡胶气球对气体有一定的吸附作用。

Coal and gas outburst is a serious industrial disaster that often occurs in underground coal mining operations, and it often causes significant human, financial and material losses. Various research and prediction methods have been applied to coal and gas outburst, and some achievements have been made, but the problem cannot be solved fundamentally. Coal and gas outburst still happens from time to time. The reason is that for a long time, it is believed that coal and gas outburst is the result of the action of methane, but the realization of methane prevention is not enough to predict coal and gas outburst. Recently, the academic community has proposed that coal and gas outburst is not only related to methane but also closely related to hydrogen. Hydrogen is expected to be a new indicator for on-site monitoring and forecasting of coal and gas outburst. However, in the past, the production units never specially analyzed or detected the hydrogen in the coal seam gas, and there are few research reports in this field at home and abroad.


Haohan Chromatographic (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a gas chromatographic method for the determination of low concentrations of He and H2 in coal seams by using the characteristics of GC- gas chromatograph thermal conductivity detector, small thermal conductivity cell, high sensitivity and large sample injection volume, and can simultaneously determine the constant CH4. The working conditions of gas chromatography were optimized, and the best working conditions were determined as follows: molecular sieve packed column, thermal conductivity detector (TCD), carrier gas flow rate of 35~42 mL/min, chromatographic column temperature of 50 ℃, vaporization chamber temperature of 50 ℃, detection chamber temperature of 100 ℃, and 3 mL quantitative ring. The linear working ranges of He and H2 are 0.95~19 respectively μ L/L and 2.4~48 μ L/L, RSD (n=8) are 1.60% and 4.54% respectively, and the detection limit of the method is 0.5 μ L/L。 The sample introduction methods and determination results of aluminum foil air bag, rubber balloon and salt water bottle with different packages were tested. The results showed that aluminum foil air bag was the best choice, followed by salt water bottle, and rubber balloon had a certain adsorption effect on gas.
