非甲烷总烃作为挥发性有机物污染的重要指标,其监测数据能直接反映VOCs污染的程度,对环境治理与管理均有重要意义.

非甲烷总烃的测定方法为气相色谱法,利用差减法测定非甲烷总烃的含量;具体的,定量体积样品气通过气相色谱柱分离甲烷,经fid测量甲烷含量,同等体积样品气体,不经分离甲烷,通入同一fid测量总烃含量,将总烃含量减去甲烷含量即得到非甲烷总烃的含量。


然而,甲烷在环境空气总烃中占有绝大部分含量,仪器测量中的各种误差,导致差减法得到的非甲烷总烃含量的计算值误差偏大,极端条件下甚会出现总烃测量值小于甲烷测量值的情况,差减后出现非甲烷总烃计算值是负值的尴尬情况。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a capillary gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of MDEA and piperazine (PIP) in N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) decarburizer. The experimental results were verified by GC-MS, and the effects of different chromatographic columns, solvents, and dehydrating agents on the determination results were investigated. The experimental results show that the content of MDEA and PIP in MDEA decarburizer can be determined simultaneously by using HH-1 capillary column, hydrogen flame ionization detector, methanol as solvent, sample without dehydration and external standard method for quantification. The determination results are as follows: the MDEA content in MDEA decarburizer stock solution is 99.0%~99.3% (w), and the PIP content is 10.1%~10.4% (w); The MDEA content in the working solution of MDEA decarburizer is 41.4%~42.9% (w), and the PIP content is 7.3%~8.2% (w); The recovery rate of MDEA is 96.43%~99.98%, and that of PIP is 96.64%~102.02%; MDEA detection limit is 0.21 μ G/L, PIP detection limit is 0.29 μ g/L。 This method has the characteristics of simple operation, fast analysis speed, accuracy, good separation effect and high precision, which can meet the analysis requirements in the factory production and quality inspection process.
