A solid phase extraction gas chromatography method for the determination of pentachlorophenol in surface water was established by Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. The substance to be determined in water sample was enriched by HLB solid phase extraction column, eluted by dichloromethane, concentrated by nitrogen blowing, and analyzed by gas chromatography hydrogen flame ionization detector. This method has the advantages of simple and rapid operation, less use of organic reagents, high accuracy and precision of determination results, and low detection limit. It is suitable for the determination of trace pentachlorophenol in surface water.
