三甲胺是大气环境,特别是室内环境需要进行严格控制的恶臭污染物之一。航行期间,船员需长期暴露在舰船舱室环境中,当系统运行或材料使用释放三甲胺时,可能对人员感受和健康造成严重危害。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究了应用苏码罐采样-气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)在舰船舱室环境中测定三甲胺含量的方法,并对某型疑似出现三甲胺释放的舰船舱室中三甲胺含量进行了调查研究。方法利用苏码罐采集舰船典型舱室部位,特别是疑似存在三甲胺释放部位的环境空气样品,通过预浓缩仪浓缩-气相色谱质谱分析,建立苏码罐采样-气相色谱-质谱法测定舰船舱室环境空气中的三甲胺检测方法。结果通过优化色谱柱型、色谱柱温度、预浓缩温度和进样量等试验条件,采用苏玛罐-气相色谱-质谱法可以有效检测舰船舱室环境中的三甲胺浓度。主要仪器参数为:色谱柱HH-Tamine60甲胺专用毛细管柱;进样口温度:180℃,不分流进样;柱流速:1.4mL/min;柱温:35℃保持,5min,然后以5℃/min升温150℃,保持7min,再以10℃/min升温200℃,保持4min;冷阱浓缩仪取样体积400ml;一级冷阱烘烤温度150℃;烘烤时间10min;二级冷阱烘烤温度220℃;烘烤时间10min;三级聚焦烘烤温度150℃;烘烤时间10min;在此条件下,空气中三甲胺的检出限为0.8 ug/m~3,相关系数>0.9992,线性范围为0~10~3 ug/m~3。
