浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定空气中三甲胺(TMA)含量的方法.以0.02mol/L盐酸为吸收液采集空气中的三甲胺,吸收液用氢氧化钠游离出三甲胺,在80℃下平衡40min后用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测.当采气流量为0.5 L/min时,三甲胺的采集效率〉99%;方法在0.05~2μg范围内线性良好,相关系数〉0.999;做了3个水平的加标回收率和精密度实验,相对标准偏差在2.4%~5.6%,加标回收率在94%~102%;当采样体积为30L时,方法的检出限为0.3μg/m.所建方法灵敏度高于目前的主要分析方法,适用于环境空气中低浓度三甲胺的监测.
