浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立一个用气相色谱法测定羟丙甲纤维素中甲氧基,羟丙氧基的含量,乙基纤维素中乙氧基的含量的方法.方法:以HH-5为固定液的毛细管柱(柱长为30m,内径为0.530mm,膜厚度为3.00um),起始温度为100℃,维持8分钟,再以每分钟50℃的速率升温230℃,维持2 分钟;进样口温度为200℃,检测器氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)温度为250℃.结果:甲氧基在6.67mg/ml-12.61mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,得线性方程y = 0.0156x + 0.0302(r=0.9991),回归系数大于0.999;乙氧基在10.52mg/ml-19.7mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,得线性方程y = 0.0333x + 0.023(r=0.9992),回归系数大于0.999;羟丙氧基在0.8017mg/ml-5.8106mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,得线性方程y=0.0487x + 0.0017(r=0.9998),回归系数大于0.999. 结论:该方法简便,准确,可用于乙基纤维素,羟丙甲纤维素的质量控制.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of the content of methoxy and hydroxypropoxy in hypromellose and the content of ethoxy in ethyl cellulose by gas chromatography. Method: take HH-5 capillary column (column length is 30m, inner diameter is 0.530mm, film thickness is 3.00um), the initial temperature is 100°C, maintained for 8 minutes, and then heated to 230°C at a rate of 50°C per minute , maintained for 2 minutes; the temperature of the injection port was 200 °C, and the temperature of the flame ionization detector (FID) of the detector was 250 °C. Results: The linear relationship of methoxy was good in the concentration range of 6.67mg/ml-12.61mg/ml , the linear equation y = 0.0156x + 0.0302 (r=0.9991), the regression coefficient is greater than 0.999; the linear relationship of ethoxy is good in the concentration range of 10.52mg/ml-19.7mg/ml, the linear equation y = 0.0333x + 0.023 (r=0.9992), the regression coefficient is greater than 0.999; hydroxypropoxy has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.8017mg/ml-5.8106mg/ml, the linear equation y=0.0487x + 0.0017 (r=0.9998), the regression coefficient is greater than 0.999. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of ethyl cellulose and hypromellose.
