浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立规范的工作场所空气中一甲胺,二甲胺的溶剂解析气相色谱测定方法。方法采用硅胶管吸附空气中二甲胺,用酸性醇溶液解析再经强碱中和后,进样气相色谱,使用高液担比的碱性色谱柱分离,FID检测器测定。结果该方法在测定范围79.7~78.2μg/mL时,线性方程为Y=1040.2X-25148(r=0.9999)。低检出限为5μg/ml;低检出浓度1.3mg/m3(以采集7.5L空气样品计);解析效率≧86%;穿透容量(BTV)大于7.75mg(200mg硅胶);样品于4℃冰箱内可保存7d。结论本研究建立方法适合于工作场所空气中一,二甲胺浓度的监测。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a standardized method for the determination of monomethylamine and dimethylamine in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography. Methods Silica gel tube was used to adsorb dimethylamine in the air, decomposed with acidic alcohol solution and neutralized by strong alkali, then injected into gas chromatography, separated by a basic chromatography column with high liquid loading ratio, and determined by FID detector. Results The linear equation of this method was Y=1040.2X-25148(r=0.9999) when the measurement range was 79.7~78.2μg/mL. The minimum detection limit is 5μg/ml; the minimum detection concentration is 1.3mg/m3 (based on the collection of 7.5L air samples); the analytical efficiency is ≧86%; the breakthrough capacity (BTV) is greater than 7.75mg (200mg silica gel); the sample is at 4 It can be stored in the refrigerator for 7 days. Conclusion The method established in this study is suitable for monitoring the concentration of dimethylamine in workplace air.
