浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立测定气中甲醇的顶空—气相色谱法联用分析方法。气样中的甲醇在顶空一仪中气化,达到气液平衡,在优化的分析条件下,气相色谱法测定样品中的甲醇。结果:测定环境空气中甲醇的平均回收率91.0%~108%,测定污染源废气中甲醇的平均回收率为82.0%~97.5%。测定环境空气中的甲醇的标准曲线相关系数r>0.9 999,测定污染源废气中的甲醇的标准曲线相关系数r>0.9 999。本方法采用顶空气相色谱法,溶剂用量少,适于环境空气和固定污染源废气中甲醇的测定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a combined analytical method for the determination of methanol in gas by headspace-gas chromatography. Methanol in the gas sample was vaporized in a headspace instrument to achieve gas-liquid equilibrium. Under the optimized analysis conditions, the methanol in the sample was determined by gas chromatography. RESULTS: The average recovery rate of methanol in ambient air was 91.0%-108%, and the average recovery rate of methanol in pollution source exhaust gas was 82.0%-97.5%. The standard curve correlation coefficient r>0.9 999 for measuring methanol in ambient air, and the standard curve correlation coefficient r>0.9 999 for measuring methanol in pollution source waste gas. The method adopts headspace gas chromatography with less solvent consumption, and is suitable for the determination of methanol in ambient air and waste gas from stationary pollution sources.
