浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司分别采用气相色谱法与气相色谱-质谱联用法对2个胶粘剂样品进行了苯含量检测。结果表明:对于同一样品,采用这2种方法检测出的苯含量数据相差悬殊。气相色谱法的检测结果易受干扰,而且响应值低、峰形拖尾严重,无法进行定性分析,特别对于基质复杂的样品很难给出准确的检测结果。气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)不仅能将样品中的各个物质分离开来,而且还能通过质谱对各个物质的种类进行鉴别。GC-MS联用法因其同时具备高特异性和高灵敏度,有望成为胶粘剂中苯含量检测的普适性方法。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to detect the benzene content of two adhesive samples. The results showed that for the same sample, the benzene content data detected by these two methods were very different. The detection results of gas chromatography are susceptible to interference, and the response value is low and the peak shape tailing is serious, which cannot be used for qualitative analysis, especially for samples with complex matrices, it is difficult to give accurate detection results. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) can not only separate the various substances in the sample, but also identify the species of each substance by mass spectrometry. Because of its high specificity and high sensitivity, GC-MS combined method is expected to become a universal method for the detection of benzene content in adhesives.
