本标准规定了食品中六六六(HCH)、滴滴涕(DDT)残留量的测定方法。
本标准适用于各类食品中六六六、滴滴涕残留量的测定。

食品中六六六、滴滴涕残留量的测定,国内大多采用磺化法净化.但此法碰到主要问题是乳化现象严重,有时甚变成糊状,很难静置分层,若延长净化时间又影响结果的准确,特别是使β-666,δ-666结果偏低。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司开发了一种采用振荡离心提取、气相色谱法检测技术、可用于植物性食品(如水果、蔬菜、粮食、茶叶、干货等)和动物性食品(如肉类、水产品类、禽类等)中六六六、滴滴涕残留量快速检测的方法。应用该方法分别对水果、蔬菜、茶叶、干货类、肉制品、水产品进行了重复性试验和灵敏度试验。结果表明,该方法检测这6类产品中的检测低限均分别达到0.01mg/kg(六六六)、0.02mg/kg(滴滴涕),加标回收率80.1%~109.1%,变异系数1.88%~12.0%。采用振荡离心提取方法,提高了样品前处理的通量;降低进样口温度,有效避免了被测物的降解;考虑标准品中异构体之间的相互转化关系,使定量更为准确。

For the determination of the residues of DDT in food, sulfonation method is mostly used in domestic purification. But the main problem with this method is that the phenomenon of emulsification is serious, sometimes it even becomes paste, and it is difficult to stand for stratification. If the purification time is prolonged It also affects the accuracy of the results, especially the results of β-666 and δ-666 are low.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has developed a vortex centrifugal extraction, gas chromatography detection technology, which can be used in plant foods (such as fruits, vegetables, grains, tea, dry goods, etc.) and animal foods (such as meat A method for rapid detection of 666 and DDT residues in fish, aquatic products, poultry, etc. Using this method, the repeatability test and sensitivity test were carried out on fruits, vegetables, tea, dry goods, meat products and aquatic products respectively. The results showed that the detection limit of the six types of products by this method reached 0.01mg/kg (666) and 0.02mg/kg (DDT) respectively, the recovery rate of standard addition was 80.1%-109.1%, and the coefficient of variation was 1.88% ~12.0%. The oscillating centrifugation extraction method was adopted to improve the throughput of sample pretreatment; to reduce the inlet temperature, the degradation of the analyte was effectively avoided; the mutual conversion relationship between the isomers in the standard product was considered to make the quantification more accurate.
