浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了测定煤基合成气中H_2S及羰基硫含量的气相色谱分析方法,采用火焰光度检测器(FPD)检测,进样系统硫钝化处理,标气由在线稀释系统稀释成5个浓度,相对保留时间定性,工作曲线外标法定量。H_2S含量的对数与峰面积对数在0.07~0.30 mg/m3范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r2为0.9998;羰基硫含量的对数与峰面积对数在0.13~0.53 mg/m~3范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r~2为0.9979。H_2S、羰基硫的检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.04 mg/m~3和0.07 mg/m~3;H_2S、羰基硫的定量限(S/N=10)分别为0.08 mg/m~3和0.12 mg/m3~;回收率均在96%~103%之间;对同一样品重复测定8次,相对标准偏差均小于等于8.1%;与SCD气相色谱法相比较,偏差符合气相色谱法的定量要求。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a gas chromatographic analysis method for the determination of H_2S and carbonyl sulfide content in coal-based syngas. The online dilution system was diluted to 5 concentrations, the relative retention time was qualitative, and the working curve was quantified by external standard method. The logarithm of the H_2S content and the logarithm of the peak area have a good linear relationship in the range of 0.07~0.30 mg/m3, and the correlation coefficient r2 is 0.9998; the logarithm of the carbonyl sulfide content and the logarithm of the peak area are in the range of 0.13~0.53 mg/m~3 The internal linear relationship was good, and the correlation coefficient r~2 was 0.9979.
