浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了双阀双柱单氢火焰检测器快速检测非甲烷总烃(NMHCs)的气相色谱分析方法,通过直接检测总烃和甲烷值,以及两者差值计算非甲烷总烃值,同时后切换十通阀将高沸点组分反吹出甲烷柱,有效避免了出峰较晚的高沸点组分对分析结果的影响。方法能准确测量总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃,分析时间小于1 min,标准曲线线性达到0.9999。方法精密度优于0.2%,检出限为甲烷0.02 mg/m~3,非甲烷总烃0.026 mg/m~3(以甲烷计),满足HJ/T38-1999性能指标要求。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a gas chromatographic analysis method for the rapid detection of non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHCs) with a double-valve double-column single-hydrogen flame detector. The non-methane total hydrocarbon value was calculated, and finally the ten-way valve was switched to backflush the high-boiling point components out of the methane column, which effectively avoided the influence of the high-boiling point components with late peaks on the analysis results. The method can accurately measure total hydrocarbons, methane and non-methane total hydrocarbons, the analysis time is less than 1 min, and the linearity of the standard curve reaches 0.9999. The precision of the method was better than 0.2%, and the detection limit was 0.02 mg/m~3 for methane and 0.026 mg/m~3 for non-methane total hydrocarbons (calculated as methane), which met the performance requirements of HJ/T38-1999.
