一甲胺:常温常压下为无色气体,比重为空气的1.07倍。易燃、易爆、有强烈刺激性氨样臭味。碱性程度较氨强。一般加压成液体、制备成水溶液、醇溶液或盐酸盐进行贮存或运输。一甲胺有广泛的工业用途,主要用作医药(咖啡因、麻黄素等),农药(西维因、乐果、杀虫脒等),染料(茜素中间体、蒽醌系中间体等),炸药及燃料(水胶炸药、一甲肼等),表面活性剂、促进剂、以及橡胶助剂、照相化学品和溶剂等的原料。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究了采用气相色谱HH-SJNH2柱快速分离测定一甲胺、二甲胺、三甲胺的含量的方法。结果表明,采用FID检测器、外标法直接进样,一甲胺、二甲胺、三甲胺的标准曲线线性良好,相关系数分别达0.998 3、0.997 5、0.996 6。

Monomethylamine: It is a colorless gas under normal temperature and pressure, and its specific gravity is 1.07 times that of air. The results show that the standard curves of monomethylamine, dimethylamine and trimethylamine have good linearity with FID detector and external standard method, and the correlation coefficients are 0.998 3, 0.997 5 and 0.996 6, respectively.
