浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了工作场所空气中2-甲氧基乙醇(EM),2-乙氧基乙醇(EE),2-丁氧基乙醇(EB)的溶剂解吸气相色谱同时测定法.采用活性炭管采集,溶剂解吸,毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱(FID)测定方法.EM,EE,EB在本方法规定的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限均为0.50 mg/L,低检出浓度均为0.67 mg/m3(以采集3.0 L空气计).相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~1.8%(n=6),平均解吸效率为97.3%~101.1%,样品在室温下少可保存7天.该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简单,适用于工作场所空气中EM,EE,EB的同时测定.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established the solvent desorption gas chromatography of 2-methoxyethanol (EM), 2-ethoxyethanol (EE), 2-butoxyethanol (EB) in workplace air Simultaneous determination method. Using activated carbon tube collection, solvent desorption, and capillary chromatographic column separation gas chromatography (FID) determination method. EM, EE, EB have a good linear relationship within the concentration range specified by this method, and the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.999. The limit of detection was 0.50 mg/L, and the lowest detection concentration was 0.67 mg/m3 (based on 3.0 L of air). The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.4%-1.8% (n=6), and the average desorption efficiency was 97.3 %~101.1%, the sample can be stored at room temperature for at least 7 days. The method has high sensitivity, good precision and simple operation, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of EM, EE and EB in the air of the workplace.
