随着经济的发展和科技的进步,"食品添加剂液体二氧化碳"(以下简称食品CO2)的供求日趋紧张.按照美国食品CO2的人均消费量,我国食品CO2的年需求量可达1000万t.食品CO2中的微量苯严重影响产品质量,国际食品CO2标准中对苯的含量有严格要求:≤0.02×10-6(V/V).目前国内的食品CO2标准中尚无此项技术要求,预计2005年颁发的新版食品CO2国标中将有规定.食品CO2中微量苯的分析中我国尚无该类国家级标准物质,因此亟待在此方面进行研究和开发,以利于量值传递.

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司用GC-气相色谱仪进行分析和比对,考察了几种标气的相对标准偏差并与BOC标气比对,研究了不同取样、稀释方法的影响,并考察CO2对苯分析的影响及不同苯含量定标的线性关系.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used GC- gas chromatograph for analysis and comparison, investigated the relative standard deviation of several standard gases and compared them with BOC standard gas, and studied the influence of different sampling and dilution methods , and the influence of CO2 on the analysis of benzene and the linear relationship of calibration with different benzene contents were investigated.
