浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用测定生活饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的方法。方法采用吹扫捕集器富集水中的环氧氯丙烷,在解吸温度为250℃、气相进样口温度为160℃条件下,OV-624(60 m×0.32 mm×1.8μm毛细管柱分离,用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定,选择特征离子57 m/z定量。结果水质中环氧氯丙烷浓度为0μg/L~20.0μg/L时线性相关系数r0.999,按1.0μg/L、6.0μg/L、10.0μg/L浓度加标时回收率为84.9%、91.0%、104.3%,精密度(RSD%)为7.3%、6.5%、4.1%,检出限为0.04μg/L。结论本方法能简便、快速、有效地分离检测水中环氧氯丙烷,并能同时分析其他30种挥发性有机物,满足生活饮用水挥发性有机物的检测要求。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of epichlorohydrin in drinking water by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The epichlorohydrin in water was enriched by a purge trap, and the desorption temperature was 250 ℃ and the gas inlet temperature was 160 ℃. It was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the characteristic ion 57 m/z was selected for quantification. Results When the concentration of epichlorohydrin in the water was 0μg/L~20.0μg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was r0.999, and according to 1.0μg/L, 6.0 The recoveries were 84.9%, 91.0%, and 104.3%, the precisions (RSD%) were 7.3%, 6.5%, and 4.1%, and the detection limit was 0.04 μg/L. Conclusion This method can easily, quickly and effectively separate and detect epichlorohydrin in water, and simultaneously analyze other 30 kinds of volatile organic compounds, which can meet the detection requirements of volatile organic compounds in drinking water.
