浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立一种测定空气中环氧氯丙烷的新方法。方法:空气中的环氧氯丙烷用活性碳管采集,热解吸后,经PEG-20M柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测,对色谱柱,色谱条件,采集条件,热解吸条件等进行优选。结果:方法的检测限为0.001μg/m l,低检出浓度为0.03 mg/m3(采样体积3 L)。当标准溶液浓度为0.002、0.004、0.010μg/m l时,平均相对标准偏差为5.0%、4.8%、1.2%,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9999。平均解吸效率为97.1%,采样效率为95%,穿透容量大于1.4 mg。样品在采样管中可稳定7 d以上。结论:通过样品测试证明,该法采用活性碳管采样,携带方便,采样代表性好,样品稳定时间长;采样后解吸效率高;所选用的色谱柱具有柱效高,分离度好,色谱峰形好的优点。本法适用于现场监测和个体采样。
