环境空气非甲烷总烃不仅对大气环境和人体健康有重要的影响,也是光化学监测网的重要监测指标之一。生态环境部《关于加强挥发性有机物监测工作的通知》(环办监测函[2020]335号)文件要求“加强VOCs自动监测能力建设,有条件的城市逐步开展NMHC自动监测试点工作”,目前国内有100余个城市已经开展了环境空气非甲烷总烃自动监测。随着《技术规定》的印发试行,系统安装、验收和运维质控等相关工作开展将有据可依,监测数据的准确性和性会进一步提高,根据试行过程中的反馈意见我们也将不断修订完善。

为确保《技术规定》中的各项指标科学可行,编制组组织市场较常见的非甲烷总烃连续自动监测仪器开展实验室标准气体和环境空气比对测试,15台仪器40余位技术人员参与测试,近20种标准气体,获取有效数据几十万条。根据仪器实际测试结果,并经过仪器厂商交流和多次专家讨论,重点针对环境空气中非甲烷总烃浓度水平低等特点,明确了环境空气非甲烷总烃连续自动监测系统的方法,根据实测数据提出了环境空气非甲烷总烃连续自动监测系统验收的性能指标要求,包括检出限、空白、峰型、校准曲线、24h漂移、重复性、准确性、高浓度残留、响应时间、多组分示值误差等,以及系统质量控制的周期和要求等。

为规范环境空气非甲烷总烃连续监测系统安装与验收、日常运维和质量控制等工作,提高环境空气非甲烷总烃自动监测数据质量,中国环境监测总站联合上海市环境监测中心等单位组成的编制组,研究制定了《环境空气非甲烷总烃连续自动监测系统技术规定(试行)》(以下简称《技术规定》),并于2021年1月印发全国生态环境监测系统试行。

More than 100 cities have carried out automatic monitoring of ambient air non-methane total hydrocarbons. With the trial implementation of the "Technical Regulations", system installation, acceptance, operation and maintenance quality control and other related work will be based on evidence, and the accuracy and reliability of monitoring data will be further improved. In order to ensure that the indicators in the "Technical Regulations" are scientific and feasible, the compilation group organized the continuous automatic monitoring instruments for non-methane total hydrocarbons, which are more common in the market, to carry out the comparison test of laboratory standard gas and ambient air. More than 40 technicians from 15 instruments participated. Test, nearly 20 standard gases, and obtain hundreds of thousands of valid data. According to the actual test results of the instrument, and through exchanges between instrument manufacturers and many expert discussions, focusing on the characteristics of low concentration of total non-methane hydrocarbons in ambient air, the method of continuous automatic monitoring system for non-methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air is clarified.
