浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了快速检测聚碳酸酯塑料包装材料中2-叔丁基苯酚、4-叔丁基苯酚及2,4-二叔丁基苯酚等酚类化合物的气相色谱质谱联用法。样品经正己烷超声萃取离心、浓缩后进行GC/MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明,2-叔丁基苯酚、4-叔丁基苯酚及2,4-二叔丁基苯酚均分别在0.1100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好;定量限(以信噪比≥10计)为1 mg/kg;在4个加标水平下3种酚类化合物的加标回收率为82.23%92.31%,相对标准偏差为2.13%4.76%(n=6)。该方法具有优异的灵敏度和稳定性,满足对聚碳酸酯塑料包装材料中2-叔丁基苯酚、4-叔丁基苯酚及2,4-二叔丁基苯酚等酚类化合物的分析检测和准确定量。
