中国各类消费品的化学安全研究还停留在较为初级的阶段。一方面,中国尚缺乏覆盖范围广泛的通用化学安全标准,仍然沿袭一直以来以产品、行业为中心制定标准的传统模式。另一方面,产品的化学安全标准指标也有待完善,近年来发展的新检测方法、已被证实有害的新物质还需要进一步引入产品安全标准体系。
与PVC塑料行业良好发展预期形成鲜明对比的是,产品的化学安全问题一直是挥之不去的阴影。个别生产企业为降低成本,以次充好,甚用回收料代替。然而,相关检测标准缺少对各类被非法使用的添加剂、尤其是感观明显的挥发性有机物的环保风险检测。因此,制定了国家标准《消费品—塑胶材料—邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂快速筛选》(GB/T 39110-2020)。
