空气和废气监测分析方法一书第五章中甲醇的气相色谱分析方法,应该解决采样时间长回收效率低和色谱分离存在在拖尾大水峰三个方面的问题。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司首先使用纯水为吸收液,吸收空气中的甲醇,再采用顶空气相色谱法分析吸收液中甲醇浓度,由此建立了自动顶空5%Carbowax 20M Carbopack B填充柱气相色谱法测定空气和废气中甲醇的方法,并对自动顶空进样条件进行了优化。结果表明,当采样体积为24 L、吸收液体积5 mL时,该方法的低检出浓度为0.1 mg/m3,相对标准偏差为2.1%~5.3%,加标回收率为95%~108%。该法操作简单,具有较好的灵敏度和的准确度,自动化程度高,可连续完成样品的前处理、样品进样和色谱分析。

The gas chromatographic analysis method of methanol in Chapter 5 of the book Air and Waste Gas Monitoring and Analysis Methods should solve the problems of long sampling time, low recovery efficiency and chromatographic separation in three aspects of tailing large water peaks.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. first used pure water as the absorption liquid to absorb methanol in the air, and then used headspace gas chromatography to analyze the methanol concentration in the absorption liquid, thus establishing an automatic headspace 5% Carbowax 20M Carbopack B. A method for the determination of methanol in air and waste gas by packed-column gas chromatography, and the automatic headspace injection conditions were optimized. The results show that when the sampling volume is 24 L and the absorption liquid volume is 5 mL, the minimum detection concentration of this method is 0.1 mg/m3, the relative standard deviation is 2.1%-5.3%, and the recovery rate of standard addition is 95%-108% . The method is simple to operate, has good sensitivity and reliable accuracy, and has a high degree of automation. It can continuously complete sample pretreatment, sample injection and chromatographic analysis.
