浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司采用"吸附管采样—热脱附—气相色谱-质谱法"同时测定环境空气中甲硫醇,乙硫醇,甲硫醚,乙硫醚和二甲基二硫醚5种有机硫化物,以全扫描模式定性,选择离子扫描法定量.考察了吸附管类型,采样流量,样品保存方式等因素对样品回收率的影响.实验结果表明:在吸附管类型为多孔聚合物吸附剂(Tenax TA)及硫分子筛吸附剂(Sulficarb)二合一填料,采样流量为400 mL/min,样品冷藏保存的条件下,5种有机硫化物的质量浓度分别在5.35×10^(-3)~8.56×10^(-2),6.93×10^(-3)~1.11×10^(-1),6.93×10^(-3)~1.11×10^(-1),1.01×10^(-2)~1.61×10^(-1),1.01×10^(-2)~1.68×10^(-1) mg/m^(3)的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;当采样体积为10 L时,方法检出限为1.13×10^(-3)~2.80×10^(-3) mg/m^(3),相对标准偏差为2.76%~7.73%,加标回收率为78.5%~106.0%.对实际样品的测定结果与GB/T 14678—1993方法无显著性差异.
