Determination of trace CO and CO2 in refinery gas by portable methane reformer
The portable methane reformer measures the trace CO and CO2 in refinery gas. Details:

The trace amount of CO, CO2 and other inorganic substances in high-purity gas or other special gases are converted into CH4 by hydrogenation reaction with H2 under the action of nickel catalyst in the hydrogenation converter, and it is detected and quantified by the FID detector, which is fast and accurate. The characteristics of high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability have become a classic chromatographic analysis method.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has developed a portable hydroconverter to measure the trace amounts of CO and CO2 in refinery gas, and confirm its analysis performance. At the same time, the analysis data and the measurement data of the infrared analysis method are carried out. The comparison has verified the accuracy of the measurement results. The portable reformer has the same efficiency as the manufacturer's supporting reformer, which can fully meet the analysis of the trace CO and CO2 in the refinery gas.
