甲胺是化学工业基本的有机原料,广泛应用于农药、化纤和国防工业等方面。有关甲胺水溶液的分析方法,国内已有标准可循。而对于无水甲胺,由于样品的一沸点较低,在常温下易汽化,使之不能用标样来校正。

浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立工作场所空气中一甲胺,二甲胺的顶空气相色谱测定方法。方法酸性吸收液采集空气中的一甲胺、二甲胺,碱溶液中和后顶空进样气相色谱,经HH-Tamine60毛细管色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器测定。结果一甲胺浓度范围为11.70~93.54μg/ml时,标准曲线回归方程为Y=0.458 1X-1.034 5(r=0.999 0);二甲胺浓度范围为10.59~84.74μg/ml时,标准曲线的回归方程为Y=0.864 5X-2.206(r=0.999 1)。一甲胺方法检出限为1.65μg/ml,低检出浓度为0.55 mg/m3(以采集15 L空气样品计);二甲胺检出限为1.54μg/ml,低检出浓度为0.32 mg/m3(以采集24 L空气样品计)。样品于4℃冰箱内可稳定保存5 d。结论该方法可同时测定工作场所空气中一甲胺和二甲胺浓度。

Methylamine is a basic organic raw material in the chemical industry and is widely used in pesticides, chemical fibers and defense industries. Regarding the analytical method of methylamine aqueous solution, there are already domestic standards to follow. For anhydrous methylamine, because the first boiling point of the sample is low, it is easy to vaporize at room temperature, making it impossible to calibrate with standard samples.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of monomethylamine and dimethylamine in the air of workplaces. Methods The monomethylamine and dimethylamine in the air were collected from the acidic absorption solution, neutralized by the alkaline solution, and then sampled in the headspace by gas chromatography. They were separated by a HH-Tamine60 capillary column and measured by a hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results When the concentration range of monomethylamine was 11.70~93.54μg/ml, the regression equation of the standard curve was Y=0.458 1X-1.034 5(r=0.999 0); when the concentration range of dimethylamine was 10.59~84.74μg/ml, the standard curve The regression equation is Y=0.864 5X-2.206 (r=0.999 1). The detection limit of the monomethylamine method is 1.65 μg/ml, and the minimum detection concentration is 0.55 mg/m3 (based on the collection of 15 L air samples); the detection limit of dimethylamine is 1.54 μg/ml, and the minimum detection concentration is 0.32 mg/m3 (calculated based on the collection of 24 L air samples).
