浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立顶空-气相色谱技术测定工作场所空气中甲醇的检测方法。方法采用GH-1型溶剂解吸型硅胶管采样,顶空法进样,装有氢火焰离子化检测器FID的气相色谱检测,测定该方法的线性范围、平均值、标准偏差、相对标准偏差和回收率。结果该方法的甲醇质量浓度在140.0 mg/L以内呈线性,线性回归方程y=0.073589x-0.13717,该方法检出限为0.08 mg/L,线性范围为0.08~140 mg/L。其加标回收率为94.5%~105.2%,相对标准偏差为1.45%~5.89%。结论该方法灵敏、操作简便、可实现测定过程的简便化、且准确度高,可以满足工作场所空气中甲醇检测方法的要求。
