聚丙烯装置生产中对丙烯原料中一氧化碳、二氧化碳含量控制较为严格,特别是使用茂金属催化剂后,对丙烯中的一氧化碳、二氧化碳含量要求提升到uL/m3级,而目前所用的分析方法GB/T 3394-2009《工业用乙烯、丙烯中微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳和乙炔的测定气相色谱法》低检出限只能达到mL/m^3级,完全不能适应目前更高的要求。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司通过对分析方法实验条件的改造优化,以及试验摸索,建立了可检测丙烯中微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳分析方法,结果表明:经优化后的方法测定丙烯中一氧化碳与二氧化碳低检出限分别可达5uL/m^3与18uL/m^3,方法3次重复测定被测组分的相对标准偏差均小于12.85%,数据的精密度良好,可满足聚丙烯装置试用茂金属催化剂对丙烯检测的技术要求。
