浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究了工作场所空气中硫酰氟的直接进样气相色谱测定方法。用本方法对某消毒设备厂的杀虫柜的排放系统进行现场抽样测定,共采集了24个样品,其中只有2个样品中检出了硫酞氟浓度分别是9. 8mg/m3 ,19mg/m3,其余样品中的硫酞氟的浓度均低于本方法的后检出浓度0. 92mg/m。本方法在0--41. 70mg/m'范围内呈线性关系,回归方程式Y = 227.4X+119.6,相关系数r=0.9997;方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差在1.7%^4.9%之间;在以3倍噪声计算所得检出限为0.46ng(进样0.5mL),低检出浓度为0.92mg/m}。该方法用毛细管色谱柱代替填充柱,操作简便,测定快速,结果准确,重复性好,该方法的低检出浓度远低于中国制定的时间加权平均容许浓度20mg/m,为准确地评价硫酞氟对人体健康的危害提供的检测手段。

This method was used to carry out on-site sampling and determination of the discharge system of the insecticidal cabinet of a disinfection equipment factory. A total of 24 samples were collected, of which only 2 samples were detected with sulfurphthalein fluoride concentrations of 9.8mg/m3, 19mg/ m3, the concentration of sulfurphthalein fluoride in the remaining samples is lower than the final detection concentration of this method, 0.92mg/m. This method has a linear relationship in the range of 0-41.70mg/m', the regression equation Y = 227.4X+119.6, the correlation coefficient r=0.9997; the method has good reproducibility, and the relative standard deviation of different concentrations is 1.7%^ 4.9%; the detection limit calculated with 3 times the noise is 0.46ng (injection 0.5mL), and the lowest detection concentration is 0.92mg/m}.
