浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司测定岩矿样品中不同形态碳的方法。样品中加入MnO_2作氧化剂,在气相色谱仪内热解,测定结果是总碳。有机碳、石墨碳是由样品分别除去碳酸盐碳、碳酸盐碳与有机碳后,按总碳测定法测定出。无机碳(碳酸盐碳)是在气相色谱仪密封系统内加酸分解碳酸盐,不用附加系统分离H_2O与CO_2,直接经色谱柱分离测定。也可分别测定总碳、有机碳或无机碳,用差减法计算无机碳或有机碳。

The method of Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. to determine different forms of carbon in rock and mineral samples. The sample was added with MnO_2 as an oxidant and pyrolyzed in a gas chromatograph. The result of the determination was total carbon. Organic carbon and graphitic carbon are determined by the total carbon measurement method after removing carbonate carbon, carbonate carbon and organic carbon from the sample. Inorganic carbon (carbonate carbon) is added acid to decompose carbonate in the sealed system of gas chromatograph, without additional system to separate H_2O and CO_2, it is directly separated and determined by chromatographic column. It is also possible to measure total carbon, organic carbon or inorganic carbon separately, and calculate inorganic carbon or organic carbon by subtraction method.
