浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立食用植物油脂中脂肪酸定量分析的气相色谱内标法。方法采用气相色谱内标法,内标物为c17:00甲酯,测定17种脂肪酸甲酯的相对校正因子(RCF)(以17:0为基准,即f17:0=1),分析9种市售新型植物油脂(三种茶油、三种橄榄油,1种亚麻籽油,2种红花油)中脂肪酸构成和含量,并对9种油中的脂肪酸构成进行比较,分析油类脂肪酸含量的影响因素。以"克/100克可食部食物"来表示脂肪酸的含量。结果17种脂肪酸甲酯为8:0甲酯;10:0甲酯;12:0甲酯:14:0甲酯;16:0甲酯;16:1甲酯;18:0甲酯;18:1甲酯;18:2甲酯;18:3甲酯;20:0甲酯;20:4甲酯;20:5甲酯;22:0甲酯;22:1甲酯;22:6甲酯;24:0甲酯。实验方法的回收率为85.06%,RSD=2.24%;精密度为RSD=2.42%。
