浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立护肤品面膜中碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯的气相色谱-质谱联用的测定方法。方法样品用乙醚提取,超声15min,3 500r/min离心15min,提取液过无水硫酸钠脱水,浓缩,残渣用1.0mL丙酮定容,进行气相色谱-质谱法测定,经SE-54色谱柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)分离后,SIM扫描模式,外标法定量。结果碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯在浓度0.1~10μg/mL范围线性关系良好(r=0.999 3);在0.5~1.5μg/g添加水平范围内,回收率为90.0%~94.67%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.4%~5.4%;检出限(LOD)为0.01μg/g,定量限(LOQ)为0.05μg/g。结论该方法简便、快速,重现性好,适用于护肤品面膜中碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯的测定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of iodopropynol butyl carbamate in facial masks of skin care products. Method The sample was extracted with ether, ultrasonic for 15min, and centrifuged at 3 500r/min for 15min. The extract was dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated. The residue was fixed to volume with 1.0mL acetone, and the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was carried out. 30m×0.25mm, 0.25μm) after separation, SIM scanning mode, external standard method for quantification. Results Iodopropynol butyl carbamate has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.1-10 μg/mL (r=0.999 3); in the range of 0.5-1.5 μg/g addition level, the recovery rate is 90.0%-94.67%.
