浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究以天然河底污泥为厌氧产氢菌来源,经过湿热消毒处理后,采用一步法进行厌氧发酵产氢,即产氢菌的培养和发酵产氢过程在同一反应器中连续进行,将葡萄糖和苹果渣转化为氢气,实现了生物能的制备和减少废弃物的双重目的。
