丙酮、丁酮和甲基异丁基甲酮的溶剂解吸-气相色谱法
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用气相色谱法同时对工作场所空气中丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁酮和环己酮的含量进行了测定。采用
活性炭管采集了含有上述4种酮类化合物的空气样品,用二硫化碳解吸,用HP-FFAP/6201分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁酮和环己酮的检出限(2S/N)分别为9,5,1,0.4 mg·L~(-1)。方法的回收率在87.8%~105%之间,相对标准偏差(n=8)在3.6%~5.2%之间,解吸效率在88.6%~98.8%之间。

nization detector. The detection limits (2S/N) of acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone and cyclohexanone were 9, 5, 1, 0.4 mg·L~(-1), respectively. The recovery rate of the method is between 87.8% and 105%, the relative standard deviation (n=8) is between 3.6% and 5.2%, and the desorption efficiency is between 88.6% and 98.8%.
