浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立工作场所空气中二异丁基甲酮的直接进样气相色谱测定方法。方法:按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求进行实验。结果:本方法在0~1600μg/m l范围呈线性关系;方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为1.00%~1.33%;方法的低检出限为1.2μg/m l。空气中可能与二异丁基甲酮共存的环己烷、甲基环己烷、异佛尔酮等在本方法条件下不干扰测定。结论:此方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中二异丁基甲酮的现场监测。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a direct-injection gas chromatographic method for the determination of diisobutyl ketone in the air of the workplace. Method: The experiment was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Research Specification for the Detection Method of Toxic Substances in the Air of Workplaces". Results: The method showed a linear relationship in the range of 0~1600μg/ml; the method had good reproducibility, the relative standard deviation of different concentrations was 1.00%~1.33%; the lowest detection limit of the method was 1.2μg/ml. Cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, isophorone, etc., which may coexist with diisobutyl ketone in the air, do not interfere with the determination under the conditions of this method. Conclusion: All indicators of this method meet the requirements of "Research Specification for Toxic Substances in the Air of Workplaces", and are suitable for on-site monitoring of diisobutyl ketone in the air of workplaces.
