色谱仪器技术服务有限公司,综述了烟草成分化学分析领域的新发展以及一些新的分析手段的应用。在前人研究工作的基础上,进行了新的研究和探讨,提出了烟草及制品化学成分系统分析方法与识别技术。主要做了以下的探索性工作: 提出了总体上把握烟草品质的新想法,不仅仅着眼于烟草中某几个成分的含量,而是在此基础上探讨了多种成分同时对烟草品质的影响作用。 分析并测定了烟草中细胞壁物质的含量,并探讨了其含量与烟草品质的相关性规律。 同时测定了烟草中的总挥发性有机酸的含量、烟草水浸总酸度,并且用气相色谱法测定了非挥发性有机酸中的某几个重要组分的含量。 用一系列的不同极性的有机溶液对烟草进行了萃取,根据相似相溶的原理,分别在总量上初步探讨了不同有机溶液萃取出的物质对于烟草品质的影响。 对于烟草中的甾醇类物质进行了分析并测定了其中的主要成分β-谷甾醇的含量。对于烟草中多酚类物质进行了分离并分析测定了绿原酸的含量。对于影响烟草燃烧性的氯、钾元素进行了分析测定,探讨了不同品质烟草的Cl/K的变化规律。

nents in non-volatile organic acid was determined by gas chromatography. A series of organic solutions of different polarities were used to extract tobacco. According to the principle of similar compatibility, the effects of the substances extracted from different organic solutions on the quality of tobacco were preliminarily discussed in terms of total amount. The sterols in tobacco were analyzed and the main ingredient β-sitosterol was determined. The polyphenols in tobacco were separated and analyzed to determine the co
ntent of chlorogenic acid. The chlorine and potassium elements that affect the combustibility of tobacco were analyzed and determined, and the changes of Cl/K in different qualities of tobacco were discussed.
