     色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用直径为0.18～0.25mm 的二乙烯苯-乙基乙烯苯型高分子多孔小球作为载体，柱温为120～150℃。理论板数按正丙醇峰计算应不低于700，乙醇峰与正丙醇峰的分离度应大于2.0。
    校正因子测定 精密量取恒温20℃的无水乙醇4ml、5ml、6ml，分别置100ml量瓶中，分别精密加入恒温20℃的正丙醇（内标物质）5ml，用水稀释刻度，摇匀（必要时可进一步稀释）。取上述三种溶液各适量，注入气相色谱仪，分别连续进样3次，测定峰面积，计算校正因子，所得校正因子的相对标准偏差不得大于2.0%。
    测定法 精密量取恒温20℃的供试品溶液适量（相当于乙醇约5ml），置100ml量瓶中，精密加入恒温20℃的正丙醇5ml，用水稀释刻度，摇匀（必要时可进一步稀释），取适量注入气相色谱仪，测定峰面积，按内标法以峰面积计算，即得。
    【附注】（1）在不含内标物质的供试品溶液的色谱图中，与内标物质峰相应的位置处不得出现杂质峰。
    （2）除另有规定外，若蒸馏法测定结果与气相色谱法不一致，以气相色谱法测定结果为准。

Shake well (dilute further if necessary). Take appropriate amounts of each of the above three solutions and inject them into the gas chromatograph, respectively, inject three consecutive samples, measure the peak area, and calculate the correction factor. The relative standard deviation of the obtained correction factor shall not be greater than 2.0%.
