食品级二氧化碳质量的优劣与人们的身体健康密切相关,因此严格控制二氧化碳产品中的杂质显得尤为重要。我国已出台了控制食品级二氧化碳中杂质含量的标准,但该标准所涉及的级标准物质大部分均为空白,导致量值溯源和传递存在缺陷。同时,我国食品级二氧化碳来源广泛,杂质含量和提纯水平参差不齐,直接影响了后续食品质量。因此研制食品级二氧化碳中痕量组分的气体标准物质,对严格把好我国食品添加剂二氧化碳质量关,统一检测标准具有重要意义。具体研究成果如下: 1.采用重量法分别制备了C2H5OH/CO2、C6H6/CO2、H2S/CO2、SO2/CO2、COS/CO2、O2/CO2、C2H3Cl/CO2七种气体标准物质。在制备过程中对乙醇、苯和硫化物分别进行了气瓶吸附性的考察,结果显示采用经过特殊处理的气瓶和预饱和技术,气瓶吸附性基本可以忽略。 2.通过优化气相色谱测定条件,分别选出了七种杂质的分析方法,RSD均不超过1.3%,线性相关系数均大于0.9992。 3.对所研制的标准气体进行了混匀考察、方法比对,并对前五种标物进行了复现性、量值随时间变化、量值随压力变化进行了考察,结果良好。 4.对重量制备方法以及制备后半年量值的稳定性两部分不确定度进行总体评定,前五种标物的相对扩展不确定度均在2%以内,达到了级标准物质申报要求,已被质检总局批准为二级标准物质。

The quality of food-grade carbon dioxide is closely related to people's health, so it is especially im

ntrol the impurities in carbon dioxide products. China has introduced natio
nal standards for co
ntrolling the co
ntent of impurities in food grade carbon dioxide, but most of the natio
nal standard materials involved in the standard are blank, which leads to defects in traceability and transmission. At the same time, China's food-grade carbon dioxide sources are extensive, impurity levels and purification levels are uneven, directly affecting the quality of subsequent food. Therefore, the development of gas standard materials for trace compo
nents in food-grade carbon dioxide is of great significance for strictly co
ntrolling the quality of carbon dioxide in China's food additives and unifying natio
nal testing standards. The specific research results are as follows:1. Seven gas standard materials such as C2H5OH/CO2, C6H6/CO2, H2S/CO2, SO2/CO2, COS/CO2, O2/CO2, C2H3Cl/CO2 were prepared by gravimetric method. The adsorption of ethanol, benzene and sulfide were investigated in the preparation process. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the cylinder was negligible with the specially treated gas cylinder and pre-saturation technology. By optimizing the gas chromatographic conditions, the best analytical methods for seven impurities were selected. The RSD was no more than 1.3%, and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9992. The standard gas was developed and compared, and the first five kinds of standards were reproducible, the quantity changed with time, and the quantity changed with pressure. The result was good. 4. The two parts of the uncertainty of the weight preparation method and the stability of the semi-annual value after preparation are e
valuated. The relative expansion uncertainty of the first five standards is within 2%, which meets the natio
nal standard substance declaration requirements. It has been approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as a natio
nal seco
ndary standard substance.
