滕州市浩瀚色谱仪器技术服务有限公司,建立血样中1,2-二氯乙烷(1, 2-DCE)的气相色谱-质谱测定方法.方法 采用静态顶空分析法,样品中的1,2-DCE经HH-5弹性毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,选择离子定量用62质荷比(m/z),确认用49、98m/z,测定血样中1,2-DCE.结果 血样中1,2-DC在0.63~93.98μg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 7,定量下限为0.63μg/L(取血样2.0 ml).批内相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.9%~6.7%,批间RSD为3.4%~8.1%,加标回收率为83.2%~94.1%,样品在-8℃以下可保存7d.结论 本法灵敏度高、干扰少、度和准确度好、操作简便、易普及,可作为检测职业中毒患者血样中1,2-DCE的方法.

Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 1,2-dichloroethane (1, 2-DCE) in blood samples. The method uses static headspace analysis, 1, 2 in the sample. -DCE was separated by HH-5 elastic capillary column and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 62 mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) was selected for ion quantification, and 49, 98 m/z was confirmed to determine 1,2- in the blood sample. DCE. Results The linear relationship between 1,2-DC in 0.63~93.98μg/L was good, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, the lower limit of quantification was 0.63μg/L (take blood sample 2.0 ml). The relative standard deviation (RSD) in the batch was 2.9%~6.7%, the RSD between batches is 3.4%~8.1%, the recoveries of standard addition are 83.2%~94.1%, and the samples can be stored for 7d below -8°C. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, less interference, precision and accuracy. Good, easy to operate, easy to popularize, can be used as a method to detect 1,2-DCE in blood samples of occupational poisoning patients.
