滕州市浩瀚色谱仪器技术服务有限公司,对工作场所空气中乙酐的测定对象和定量方法进行改进,提高方法的适用性。方法采集在活性炭管中的乙酐易与微量水分反应,生成乙酸和乙酐混合物,经丙酮解吸后,解吸液中乙酐和乙酸经TENAX-TA柱分离,以气相色谱(FID)测定,合并换算成空气中乙酐浓度。结果乙酐低检出浓度为0.2 mg/m~3,解吸效率为92.0%~94.1%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~7.3%,加标回收率为101%。结论改进后的方法适用于工作场所空气中乙酐的测定。

Determination of acetic anhydride in workplace air by packed column Test spectrum:

Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. improved the determination object and quantitative method of acetic anhydride in the workplace air to improve the applicability of the method. The acetic anhydride collected in the activated carbon tube reacted with trace moisture to form a mixture of acetic acid and acetic anhydride. After desorption by acetone, the acetic anhydride and acetic acid in the desorbed solution were separated by TENAX-TA column and determined by gas chromatography (FID). Converted to the concentration of acetic anhydride in the air. Results The minimum detectable concentration of acetic anhydride was 0.2 mg/m~3, the desorption efficiency was 92.0%~94.1%, the relative standard deviation was 1.8%~7.3%, and the recoveries were 101%. Conclusion The improved method is suitable for the determination of acetic anhydride in the workplace air.
